How reviews work on FinResp
These are experiences shared by policyholders. They are individual opinions, not advice and not our view of an insurer.
Writing and checking
- Anyone can review an insurer. You answer short guided questions (was the claim settled, how long it took, how clear the information was) and can add your own words.
- Every review waits for a check by our team before it is shown. Links and email addresses are removed automatically, and we do not publish personal details or abuse.
- We do not rewrite the opinion in a review to make it kinder or harsher to an insurer, and we take no fees from insurers.
Reading the ratings
- The summary for each insurer is built only from published reviews. With only a few reviews it is a pointer, not a verdict.
- If you see a review that is false, promotional or shows personal details, use the report button on it. We look at every report within 24 hours; the review stays visible until we have.
