Loan rate benchmarks are based on RBI-linked rules (such as zero foreclosure charges on floating-rate loans) and market interest rates tracked and refreshed periodically, not a live feed from any bank. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate and updated, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy for either domain. Data may lag the most recent regulatory filings or rate changes.
