IRDAI granted its registration in December 2023 (India's 6th standalone health insurer); its first plan launched in July 2024. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited (founded by Dr. Devi Shetty in 2000). Genuinely small and new — plans are currently sold only in five Karnataka districts (Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Coorg, Mandya, Hassan).
