Founded in November 2016 by Varun Dua (co-founder of Coverfox), Ruchi Deepak, and Alok Agarwal, receiving its IRDAI license in September 2017. Launched as a digital-first, direct-to-consumer insurer, initially with mobile protection and short-duration motor policies.
Privately held; backers include Amazon, Accel Partners, and SAIF Partners. (as of 2018 funding round)
